Bonsai and terrariums

POT DRILLING

Without proper drainage your plant’s roots run the risk of rotting in soil that stays soggy for too long. Our Greenhouse offers pot drilling for a small fee. Bring your pot in and speak with a member of our Greenhouse staff to get started. 

Only non-porcelain ceramics are drillable.

General Care Tips

Water your plant thoroughly, until you see water come out of the drainage holes.

Don’t let your plant sit in water for more than 30 minutes.

Check your plant for insects each time you water.

Do not place any plant near radiators, heat vents, AC ducts, or directly onto the floors with radiant heat.

Do not leave tropical house plants outside or by open windows in temperatures below 55°F.
